Additional considerations:

1. The web space provided for use by our customers is monitored for excessive use. Accounts which exceed 900 Megs of data transfer from their web space in one calendar month are required to pay $.60 per meg for each megabyte over 900 Megs.

2. Dialup accounts have a 15 minute idle timeout. Using any program, whether designed for the purpose of avoiding the timeout or not, is prohibited. Any account using a dialup non-dedicated account in a dedicated manner will be notified in writing and will be billed for the dedicated price.

3. All request for discontinues of service must be 10 days prior to the next billing cycle.

4. All setup fees or charges are non-refundable. 

We reserve the right to terminate your account without refund for other kinds of nontrivial misbehavior, although in our entire history we have never terminated an account for reasons other than those listed here. Local Access is solely responsible for the interpretation of this agreement. Users agree to abide by the decisions of Local Access management regarding any usage of Local Access services. In all of these matters, decisions by Local Access management are final.

Users whose accounts are used for, or terminated because of, any inappropriate use are responsible for the cost of any damages incurred by Local Access or any other party, as well as responsible for any costs to respond to any complaints, or to repair any damage incurred by Local Access or any other party.

Local Access, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time without  notice.
