I get disconnected after sending and receiving email.

If you are loosing your connection to the internet after sending and receiving email, follow the steps and images below to correct what could potentially be the cause of the problem.

Click Connections, Remove checkmark from Disconnect after Sending and Receiving. After removing the checkmark, Click Apply, Click OK.
